Arthritis: What works and What Doesn’t

When you ache from head to toe, you will try most anything to stop hurting.  Finding out what works for you and what doesn’t is important.

I’ve personally found that if I take Aleve, one in the morning and one in the evening, it often helps keep the pain down. It also seems to keep the red from spreading on my hands and feet.

I sometimes also take chlorotrimeton which I use for allergies as it seems to help keep the joint redness and swelling down.  I also found this program that is worth looking  at.

Here is a video with some more information about arthritis and some suggestions for controlling it with diet and foods.
